If you can stand on one foot, you CAN do yoga on the water. Around the world there is a growing demand for outdoor fitness, working out in nature in the fresh air. We spend so much of our lives indoors either stuck at a desk at work or home, the thought of being in the confines of the gym is pretty depressing. Here at West End Adventure, we provide the best gym alternative with Stand Up Paddle Boarding Yoga.
What is Provided
Wet suits are provided. We have access to changing facilities and toilets but currently no access to shower facilities.
What to Bring
- Please bring a change of clothes and a towel in case you get wet.
- A warm drink is advisable
- Do you provide wetsuits?
Yes! We provide wetsuits for all watersport activities at no additional cost.
- What do we bring?
This can depend on the activity and the time of year. For watersports we would suggest bringing a swimming costume, towel, and a full change of clothes. For all other activities bring a change of clothes, and we provide all safety equipment. We don’t want any lonely clothes at the end of a session so please make sure everything is labelled with a name on it.
- Where do we meet?
This depends on the activity and again the time of year. Please check the activity page more information.
- Will the activity go ahead in the rain?
- We have booked a session but can’t make it can we rebook?
Unfortunately once a session is booked it can not be rebooked unless it is within a 24-hour window of booking.
- We can’t make the session can we get a refund?
We offer refunds within the first 24 hours after a booking is made, if you cancel the session/do not show then a refund is not available.
